Annuvia’s Live Client Review Process
Annuvia’s client reviews process is unlike anything else in the CPR, First Aid, or AED industry. We use a custom software program that is designed to collect our training course participant’s information during the training course. This information is used to:
(1) complete the proper American Heart Association training rosters and certification cards,
(2) update our client’s records so that they have free access to training dates, training programs/curriculum, and
(3) send out automated surveys to obtain feedback from the people that take our courses every day across the country.
We’re so confident in the value and quality of our services that we HIGHLY encourage our clients to review their firm’s feedback after each course. Additionally, we publish all reviews online for the world to see, believing that full transparency is simply the right thing to do and leads to a better experience for everyone: our firm and our clients but, most importantly, for the folks that we teach!
